Patch work
90 days

A patch is a patch. If it fails inside ninety days we are back at no charge.

Full repair
12 months

Workmanship on a proper repair is covered for a full twelve months.

This sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which nothing here takes away.

Do I have to book work afterwards?
No. The report is yours either way, and it is written so another contractor could quote from it.
Is the $198 really credited back?
Yes. The full amount comes off the invoice for any work you book from the report.
Do I need to be home?
It is better if you are, because half the value is the conversation on site. If you cannot be, we need access to the retic controller and the meter.
What if it is one broken sprinkler?
Then that is what the report will say, and you will have paid $198 to find out it was not the big job somebody else told you it was.
